The Opus is fully designed by Dame Zaha Hadid, the first and last of her creations, that will be based in Dubai. Composed of two structures that form a single cube, which appear to ‘hover’ above the ground, ‘eroded’ by a fluid void, the building nestled in Downtown Dubai, within the newly coined Burj Khalifa District. Boasting 21 floors, the tower comprises fashion/retail and restaurants on the first few floors, the ME Hotel by Melia, the offices, and the luxury serviced apartments. The building, expected to be completed this summer, will host 96 luxury serviced apartments with 76 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom and 1 three-bedroom duplex, with uber-exclusive 2 three-bedroom triplexes.
All apartments will be furnished with fixtures exclusively hand-picked and designed by the late Dame Zaha Hadid. Bespoke experiences that combine personal preferences with a hint of surprise, await clients, with homes being automated with smart systems such as The Aura Manager, which personalises experiences and exceeds requirements and expectations by predicting and analysing the resident’s needs and wants through psychographic analysis. Pet-lovers will find the perfect home with complimentary pre-arrival form to understand their needs, down to food prepared by in-house chefs. Penthouse apartment will have an exclusive rooftop garden, perfect for alfresco dinners when the weather permits.
The Opus Residences will be serviced by the ME Hotel by Melia, where every resident can take advantage of its top-tier services such as ME Hotel’s “lifestyle concierge”, delivering pre-selected services to the residents.
